Veronica Peters is a psychologist and family therapist with over 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She has worked extensively with people experiencing mental health difficulties and a range of clinical issues in both public health sector and private practise. She has also provided supervision, both individual and group settings for health professionals and faith based organisations.
Veronica is a member of the Australian Psychological Society, as well as a clinical member and accredited supervisor of the Australian Association of Family Therapy. She has been the past president of the Australian & New Zealand Journal of Family Therapy.
Veronica has extensive experience in working with people who have experienced trauma and grief issues, eating disorders, couples in distress, parents of children or adolescents experiencing mental health issues, and with people in ministry or faith based organisations. Veronica is very enthusiastic about supervising and teaching health professionals about how to work from a Bowen Family Systems Theory lens.
